Hi...my name is Lesley Anne, and I have had MS for 22 years. I live in Toronto ,and have been very fortunate in my life. I have a great family. and thank god each day for what I have. There have been some bad times, of course....and some changes in my life due to the MS, but I try and keep a positive outlook and a good sense of humour helps a lot too... I came out of remission three years ago....and now use a cane when I leave the house...I do miss not working, but I keep myself busy with the computer, and talking to others with MS. I love reading, cooking , music and knitting...not necessarily in that order.. Because of MS , I have had the opportunity to meet and get to know so many great people going through the same thing as me. I look forward to getting to know the people in this wonderful group which I have just recently begun coming to . |
